I am beyond grateful to Marshall Construction. I had reached out to multiple different contractors in seeking support with a foundation related concern and was repeatedly told that no one was able to identify the cause of my issue and therefor no explanation or remediations could be offered. Colton, from Marshall Construction, was by far the most reliable and knowledgeable individual I have crossed paths with in this process. He knew immediately what my cause of concern was and could provide recommendations to remedy the situation. He was timely, confirming our appointment ahead of arrival. His assessment of the situation was thorough and evidence based with a strong knowledge of his trade and home building process. I am incredibly grateful for their service and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality service rooted in knowledge and expertise.

Tuesday July 9th, travelling from Red Deer to Innisfail on Hwy 2, I was twice passed and I passed twice, a fella in a vehicle license RED 176, who was on his cell phone the entire trip.
Unimpressed.

This company deserves 5 star's because their employees go above and beyond what they need to do for their job. An employee named Tim was the only one who stopped on highway 2 for myself and a few friends who were stranded with a blown tire because we could not get the lug nuts off. He went above and beyond anything he needed to do that day and he was not even on the clock for work, I just believe that it says a lot about a company when they choose to employ people who have good hearts. Thank you Tim!

We had Marshall Construction build the foundation to our modular home in Calmar. Although there was miscommunication about the elevation (we never had elevated drawings, I take the blame for this one), they did an amazing job. The footprint was 1563sq.tf with 6 different jog outs, when they placed the two pieces of the house on everything was perfectly square. There was one side out 1/4" that the modular company tried blaming on the foundation but I pointed out his building had a small bow to it causing it to be out..
Great guys to work with, very quick and good quality workmanship. I would recommend these guys for any residential project.

I am not a client of this company but a neighbour on a quiet close where they are constructing a large new home. I'm impressed by the company. They arrive early, put in a hard day's work & clean up every night.
