Paul Davis was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their work was exceptional, and it was evident that they took pride in what they did. Communication was also strong; they ensured we were informed about everything at all times. I would definitely choose Paul Davis again and will make sure to share my positive experience with others.

I just had an incredible experience with Paul Davis. Amazing customer service. We found some damage in the corner of one of our rooms and were concerned it could be a leak. We called Paul Davis and made it clear it wasn't an emergency - all the same, they had someone over to our house within an hour. On Sunday. Of a long weekend. He used his tools like a moisture reader, humidity reader and his thermal camera to determine that there was no leak and that the damage was humidity related. He advised moving some furniture, patching the corner and getting a dehumidifier for the winter. In other words he came out on the Sunday of a long weekend, advised us there was no need for them to charge us for any work, and used his tools to put our minds at ease about a potentially huge repair. All of this as part of a free quote. And when I apologized for wasting his time he couldn't have been more friendly and reassuring about it. Paul Davis has just assured that they will be my first call in an emergency forever. I'll never think twice about it.

Can't say enough good things about this company and every single person I dealt with along the process. Same day clean up. They had a crew here within a few hours. An extremely stressful situation made as easy as possible. Everyone was so kind and helpful whether it was my direct contacts Nicholle or Jenna, or the crews that came to clean up problem,move furniture or remove carpet. Would absolutely recommend!!

As I think may not be uncommon, the source of our problem was tiny but, by the time it was located the damage it had caused was quite extensive.
The Paul Davis staff called to locate and repair the damage were, without exception, polite, efficient, punctual and helpful above and beyond the call of duty - altogether very pleasant to have around. Having to deal with a flood like this is obviously never exactly fun! but these people made the whole business as easy to survive as I could ever imagine.

I was really happy with my whole experience. I highly recommend Paul Davis. Punctual, professional, friendly and did a great job. They made things so much better when we were going through a rough time. I hope I don’t need their services again, but if I did I would definitely have them back!
